Wix.com Q2 Profit Rises; Lifts FY25 Revenue, Bookings Outlook; Stock Up 14% In After-Hrs

(RTTNews) - Wix.com Ltd. (WIX) said on Wednesday that its second quarter profit rose from last year, helped by increased bookings and higher revenue. While providing outlook for the next quarter, the company also lifted its full year revenue and bookings guidance.

On the Nasdaq, the stock is up 14 percent on Tuesday's after-hrs at $146.00. WIX closed Tuesday's trading at $128.09, down 3 percent.

The Israeli software company posted net income of $57.70 million or $0.98 per share in the second quarter, higher than $39.52 million or $0.68 per share in the same period last year. On an adjusted basis, second quarter income was $136.25 million or $2.28 per share, compared to $99.62 million or $1.67 per share in the prior year quarter.

During the three-month period, total revenues climbed 12 percent to $489.93 million from $435.75 million in the year-ago period.

Analysts, on average, expected the company to post earnings of $1.76 per share on revenues of $487.33 million for the second quarter. Analysts estimates usually exclude special items.

Looking ahead, the company expects third-quarter revenues in the range of $498 million to $504 million, up 12 percent-13 percent from last year. Analysts expect Wix.com to post revenues of $502.49 million in the quarter.

For full year 2025, the company lifted its revenue outlook to between $1.98 billion and $2.0 billion from the earlier range of $1.97 billion-$2.0 billion as it expects higher revenue generation in the second half of the year. Analysts expect the company to post revenue of $1.99 billion in the year ahead.

Wix.com also lifted its full year bookings outlook to between $2.04 billion and $2.08 billion, higher than the earlier $2.03 billion-$2.06 billion range.
