WELLS, Minn., Aug. 14, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Wells Financial Corp. (OTC BB: WEFP), the parent holding company of Wells Federal Bank, Wells, Minnesota, announced that its Special Meeting of Stockholders was held today.  At the meeting, stockholders approved the Agreement and Plan of Merger by and between the Company and Citizens Community Bancorp, Inc.  Stockholders also approved the proposal to adjourn the Meeting, if necessary, to permit the further solicitation of proxies in favor of the approval of the Merger Agreement.
