WCI Communities, Inc. Announces Pricing of $200 Million in Senior Subo

BONITA SPRINGS, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 3, 2005--WCI Communities, Inc., (NYSE:WCI) a leading builder of highly-amenitized lifestyle communities, today announced the pricing of its offering of $200 million principal amount of 6 5/8% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2015 to qualified institutional buyers in reliance on Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, and outside the United States to non-U.S. investors. The sale of the Senior Subordinated Notes is subject to customary closing provisions and is expected to close on March 10, 2005.
The Senior Subordinated Notes have not been registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "Securities Act"), and unless so registered, may not be offered or sold in the United States except pursuant to an exemption from, or in a transaction not subject to, the registration requirements of the Securities Act and applicable state securities laws.
