Vivendi (Paris:VIV):

Following a request from Ms. Colette Neuville, heading an association defending the rights of minority shareholders, a Bailiff attempted to enter into Vivendi’s offices to gain access to certain documents relating to the SFR sale.

After considering the extravagant nature of this procedure, Vivendi’s lawyers have decided to oppose this intrusion and will apply to a judge for a summary judgment.
