Urgent: VINCI Victim of Dissemination of False Information of a Defamatory Nature
Regulatory News:
Vinci (Paris:DG) has been the victim of a serious attempt of identity fraud which resulted in the dissemination of false information of a defamatory nature. A fake press release claiming to be issued by VINCI and referencing a non-existant VINCI website incorrectly stated that some of the Group’s general managers were in police custody. VINCI strongly and totally denies this false information and expresses indignation at such action. Finally, VINCI stresses that the Group and the concerned managers involved plan to take legal action.
