Tutor Perini EVP And CFO Michael Kershaw To Retire, Gary Smalley To Succeed

(RTTNews) - Tutor Perini Corp. (TPC), a civil and building construction company, said Michael Kershaw, its Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, would retire from the company.

He will remain employed by the company to assist in the transition of responsibilities to his successor.

Kershaw joined the company in September 2011 and has been instrumental in integrating and improving the company's accounting and financial reporting systems, negotiating enhanced credit facilities, and implementing a successful investor relations program.

Tutor Perini has entered into a letter agreement with Gary Smalley to succeed Kershaw as the company's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Smalley is expected to join no later than September 1, and, at that time, will be appointed principal financial officer.

Smalley has been Senior Vice President and Controller of Fluor Corporation (FLR) since March 2008 and, since October 2014, concurrently served as Group Chief Financial Officer for one of Fluor's business segments.
