SUNNYVALE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 5, 2005--Maxim Integrated Products, Inc., (Nasdaq: MXIM) announced today a ruling from the trial court in its ongoing lawsuit with Qualcomm. This specifically relates to the WC31 and the WC32 chipset, receiver and transmitter IC's for dual band NCDMA. The Court did not limit Maxim's right to develop, produce, or sell these parts or any others. The Court indicated that it would require customers of Maxim to be notified of the order.
