Tessera Tech. Ends Lawsuit Against Qualcomm - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Tessera Technologies, Inc.'s (TSRA) unit, Tessera, Inc., has inked an agreement with Mobile chip maker Qualcomm, Inc. (QCOM) to dismiss the case of Tessera, Inc. versus Qualcomm, Inc., et al. Also, the agreement provides that Tessera and Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. or "QTI" would explore potential technical collaborations concerning camera functionality and imaging performance of mobile devices.

Tessera Technologies' Chief Executive stated: "Having resolved this dispute, we look forward to collaborating with Qualcomm in the future. With our companies' mutual technology capabilities and innovations there is much we can do together to produce value for the industry."
