Tele2 AB: The Swedish Competition Authorities agree to Tele2 Sweden's sale of its residential cable and fiber operations to Telenor

Tele2 AB (Tele2), (NASDAQ OMX Stockholm Exchange: TEL2 A and TEL2 B today announced that the Swedish Competition Authority, "Konkurrensverket”, has announced its consent to the sale of Tele2’s residential cable and fiber operations, including its residential customers, to Telenor. The sale will be formally completed on January 2nd 2014.
