The decision to propose for shareholder approval at the Company's next Annual General Meeting, the reappointment for a three-year term of Carlo Bozotti as the sole member of the Managing Board and the Company's President and Chief Executive Officer.The acknowledgement of Jean-Marc Chery's appointment as Chief Operating Officer of the Company effective today.
