Songa Offshore SE : New bridge bond established
Reference is made to the press release as of 15 March 2016 regarding the comprehensive refinancing. Songa Offshore SE is pleased to announce that drawdown on the bridge bond has taken place today.
The bridge bond is in the amount of USD 91.5 million and will be converted into the previously announced new convertible bond following the required resolutions by an extraordinary general meeting.
