Skyworks Announces $1 Bln Stock Buyback Program - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Skyworks Solutions, Inc. (SWKS) announced its Board has authorized the repurchase of up to $1 billion of the company's common stock from time to time prior to January 31, 2020, on the open market or in privately negotiated transactions. The newly authorized stock repurchase program replaces in its entirety the $500 million stock repurchase program that was approved by the Board on January 17, 2017, and had approximately $2 million of repurchase authority remaining.

Skyworks' Board has declared a cash dividend of $0.32 per share of the company's common stock, payable on March 15, 2018, to stockholders of record at the close of business on February 22, 2018.
