Schneider Electric SE (Paris:SU) filed its 2014 Registration Document and financial and sustainable development Annual Report with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) on March 19, 2015.

The Chairman’s report on the operations of the Board of Directors including the composition of the Board, the application of the principle of balanced representation of women and men on the Board, the conditions applicable for the preparation and organization of the work carried out by the
Board of Directors, the internal rules relative to remunerations of the corporate officers, and the internal control and risk management procedures implemented by the company are provided on pages 122 and 123, 134 to 143, 146 and 147, 160 to 167, 275 to 277 of the Registration Document.
