Schneider Electric Finalizes the Sale of Its Transportation Business to Kapsch TrafficCom AG

Following the press release of December 14, 2015, Schneider Electric (Paris:SU) announces today that it has finalized the sale of its Transportation Business, one of the recognized providers of mobility worldwide, to Kapsch TrafficCom AG. The business generated revenues of €125m in FY2015 and was consolidated under the Infrastructure business of Schneider Electric.
