S&P Capital IQ Initiates Coverage on Liberty Gold Corporation in Standard & Poor’s Factual Stock Reports

Liberty Gold Corp. (OTCBB: LBGO) is a gold and precious metals exploration company headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona. The company's project portfolio consists of the Domestic Portfolio in Arizona, the Moneyrock Property in Alaska, and the Monte del Favor Property in Mexico.

The Domestic Portfolio in Arizona is a 749 acre mining operation located in the Cerbat Mountain range in Stockton Hill. The holdings are 75 miles southeast of Las Vegas. LBGO holds a 100% interest in the Domestic Portfolio, which include 40 individual projects ranging from 16 to 20 acres each. The project consists of four patented mining claims, eleven Federal mining claims (unpatented), and 25 pure exploration prospects.

A January 18, 2010 report states eight of the Domestic Portfolio's mining claims estimated a resource total of 3.01 million gold equivalent ounces. Based on a subsequent report in October 2010, estimate of total resources for blocked out, assayed and geologically inferred ore, the potential valuation for the eight mining claims is $6.51 billion. The report included a preliminary minimum resources estimate for 25 of the Domestic Portfolio's other claims, representing an additional 6.70 million gold equivalent ounces. The potential market valuation for all 33 claims is around 20.01 billion.

Planned development includes the construction of a production mill on the privately owned land. Physical access to the claims for further exploration and development is available via an old mining road.

Liberty has a 60% interest in the 2,560 acre Moneyrock Property gold project ("Moneyrock"). The project is located 80 miles southeast of Fairbanks, Alaska. Moneyrock consists of three separate, partially-contiguous blocks, which include the Indian claims (32 state claims), the Aurora claims (four MTRSC state claims), and the Rainbow claims (4 MTRSC state claims).
