Revolution Lighting Buys Energy Source For $30 Mln.

(RTTNews) - Revolution Lighting Technologies Inc (RVLT), a provider of advanced LED lighting solutions, on Wednesday said it has acquired Energy Source LLC for $30 million.

Revolution Lighting expects the deal to be accretive to earnings per share in the second half of 2015.

Energy Source is a turnkey provider of LED lighting-based energy savings projects within the commercial, industrial, hospitality and other sectors. Energy Source's revenue are expected to be $30 million for the 2015.

The deal's purchase price of $30 million comprises $10 million in cash, $10 million in Revolution Lighting common stock, and $10 million in the form of a promissory note, the company said.
