Regency Centers Q3 FFO Rises

(RTTNews) - Regency Centers Corp. (REG) Wednesday reported third-quarter funds from operations or FFO of $60.4 million or $0.65 per share, compared to $52.0 million or $0.58 per share last year.

Regency reported Core FFO of $60.2 million or $0.65 per share, compared to $55.6 million or $0.62 per diluted share for the same period in 2012. On average, 19 analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to earn $0.64 per share for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items

Net income attributable to common stockholders for the third quarter was $35.0 million or $0.38 per share, compared to $11.6 million or $0.13 per share last year.

Looking forward to the full year, the company now expects FFO of $2.56 to $2.59 per share, and Core FFO of $2.60 to $2.63 per share. Analysts currently estimate FFO of $2.59 per share.

Earlier, the company expected FFO of $2.53 to $2.58 per share and Core FFO of $2.55 to $2.60 per share.
