Regency Centers Lifts FY15 FFO/shr View

(RTTNews) - Regency Centers Corp. (REG) said it now expects 2015 funds from operations per share to be in the range of $2.90 - $2.92, compared to the prior estimation of $2.89 - $2.92.

Core funds from operations per share for 2015 is now expected to be in the range of $3.02 - $3.04, compared to the previous outlook of $3.00 - $3.03. Analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expect the company to report earnings of $2.99 per share for fiscal year 2015 Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

For fiscal year 2016, the company projects FFO per share to be in the range of $3.18 - $3.24, Core FFO per share of $3.20 - $3.26. Analysts expect annual earnings of $3.22 per share.
