Realty Income Names John Case CEO

(RTTNews) - The Board Of Directors Of Realty Income Corp. (O) Tuesday named John Case as the Chief Executive Officer of the company. Case succeeds Tom Lewis, who decided to retire as the company's CEO.

Case most recently served as President and Chief Investment Officer. Prior to joining Realty Income, Case worked as a New York-based real estate investment banker, most recently as Co-Head of Real Estate Investment Banking for RBC Capital Markets.

Lewis, who had been CEO since 1997, will remain at the company until early next year to ensure an orderly transition, and will continue to serve as Vice Chairman of the company's Board of Directors.
