Realty Income Corp. Q4 Income Rises 17%

(RTTNews) - Realty Income Corp. (O) released a profit for its fourth quarter that climbed from last year.

The company said its bottom line rose to $170.02 million, or $0.68 per share. This was up from $145.39 million, or $0.65 per share, in last year's fourth quarter.

Analysts had expected the company to earn $0.69 per share, according figures compiled by Thomson Reuters. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

The company said revenue for the quarter rose 6.5% to $263.67 million. This was up from $247.57 million last year.
