ProLogis Leases 500,000 Square Feet of Industrial Space to Customers at Madrid Logistics Park

MADRID, Spain, Oct. 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ProLogis , a leading global provider of distribution facilities and services, announced today that it has leased a combined 500,000 square feet (46,450 square meters) of industrial space to four customers at ProLogis Park Alcala outside Madrid.

The four customers are ATC, Goodyear Dunlop, Nova Line Plus Iberica and TNT Logistics. With the new contracts, ProLogis Park Alcala is now fully occupied, with no additional land or industrial space available for lease.

ProLogis Park Alcala is located 16 miles east of Madrid on the A-2 motorway connecting Zaragoza and Barcelona. The park comprises more than 1.2 million square feet of space. Other customers at the park include Abbott Laboratories, Nippon Express, Tyco Healthcare and CTC Pharma.
