Premium Brands Holdings Corporation Announces Completion of the Acquisition of Concord Premium Meats

VANCOUVER, May 30, 2018 /CNW/ - Premium Brands Holdings Corporation (TSX: PBH), a leading producer, marketer and distributor of branded specialty food products, is pleased to announce approval by the Competition Bureau and successful completion of the previously announced acquisition of a 100% interest in Concord Premium Meats.

Concord is an Ontario based manufacturer of branded and customized protein solutions for retailers and foodservice customers across Canada.  Its proprietary brands include MarcAngelo, Skoulakis, Central Park Deli, Black River Angus and Connie's Kitchen.
