Foster Wheeler AG (FWLT) is up 7 percent to $23.25. The company's second quarter earnings more than doubled from the year-ago quarter. Operating revenues for the quarter declined and missed the consensus estimate. At the same time, the company raised its full-year 2013 earnings guidance.

Tesla Motors, Inc. (TSLA) is gaining 15 percent to $154.26 and Groupon, Inc. (GRPN) is surging 24 percent to $10.86 following the release of their quarterly results.

Canadian Solar Inc. (CSIQ) is down 9 percent to $12.94. The company's second quarter net loss narrowed from the prior year period, but missed Street view. Net revenue for the quarter rose 9.2 percent, but came below the consensus estimate. The company expects to return to profitability on a full year basis in 2013.

Elizabeth Arden, Inc. (RDEN) is down 9 percent to $36.65. The company swung to a loss in its second quarter. Net sales improved from the year-ago quarter, but missed the consensus estimate. The company also guided its first quarter and fiscal 2014 earnings well below Street view.

Stereotaxis Inc. (STXS) is plunging 49 percent to $4.40. The company slipped to a loss in its second quarter. Revenue for the quarter declined from the prior year period.

Trading in shares of Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Corp. (GLDD) was halted. The company posted a loss in its second quarter. Revenue for the quarter decreased 6.3 percent. The company noted that its demolition segment will require additional time and expense to improve operations and deliver better results.
