Pepco Holdings Inc. Reveals 110% Increase In Q4 Bottom Line

(RTTNews) - Pepco Holdings Inc. (POM) reported earnings for its fourth quarter that advanced from last year.

The company said its bottom line advanced to $124 million, or $0.49 per share. This was higher than $59 million, or $0.23 per share, in last year's fourth quarter.

Analysts had expected the company to earn $0.21 per share, according figures compiled by Thomson Reuters. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

The company said revenue for the quarter rose 2.7% to $1.15 billion. This was up from $1.12 billion last year.
