Papa John's Announces Departure of International Managing Director Grant Miller

In the interim, the responsibilities for the company'sinternational division will be overseen by a management committeecomprised of Papa John's president and CEO Nigel Travis, chiefoperations officer Bill Van Epps and chief financial officer DavidFlanery, with Flanery responsible for the day-to-day operation of thedivision. Papa John's United Kingdom operations will continue to bemanaged by Daniel Cousineau, managing director, who will continue toreport to Mr. Van Epps.

As of January 22, 2006, Papa John's had 2,912 restaurants (504company-owned and 2,408 franchised) operating in 49 states and 22countries.
