Pacira Pharma Offering $100 Mln Of Stock

(RTTNews) - Pacira Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (PCRX) said Monday that it is offering $100 million of its common stock in a proposed underwritten public offering.

In addition, the company plans to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to $15 million of additional shares of common stock.

The offering is subject to market conditions and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, the company said.

Jefferies LLC, Barclays Capital Inc. and BofA Merrill Lynch are acting as the joint book-running managers and underwriters for the proposed offering.
