NXP Semiconductors Q4 Profit Rises - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - NXP Semiconductors NV (NXPI) reported that its fourth-quarter net income attributable to stockholders increased to $149 million from the previous year's $96 million, with earnings per share improving to $0.61 from $0.37 last year.

Non-GAAP earnings per share rose to $1.35 from $0.99 in the prior year.

Revenue for the quarter grew to $1.537 billion from $1.293 billion last year.

Looking ahead for the first-quarter 2015, the company expects Non-GAAP earnings per share to be in the range of $1.25 - $1.35 and total revenue of $1.445 billion - $1.505 billion. Analysts expect the company to report earnings of $1.21 per share and revenues of $1.45 billion for the first-quarter.
