Notification of home member state USG People

Almere, 3 March 2016 - This is an announcement to comply with the Dutch Financial Supervision Act, section 5:25a.

The Netherlands is the home member state of USG People N.V. for the implementation of the amended EU Transparency Directive (Directive 2004/109/EC), as implemented in Dutch law.
