Nomination committee appointed in Catena AB (publ)

The nomination committee has been appointed in Catena (STO:CATE) accordance with the decision made by the Annual General Meeting. The committee consists of the following members; Henry Klotz, CLS Holdings plc., Christian Hahne, Erik Selin Fastigheter AB, Tomas Anderson Peab AB and Bo Jansson representing Skandia Liv. Bo Jansson has been appointed Chairman of the nomination committee. The committee shall be convened by the Chairman of the board Henry Klotz.
