Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement dated 28 December 2015 regarding the share capital increase in Nickel Mountain Group AB (publ.) (the "Company", ticker "NMG") in connection to the subsequent repair offering of 60,000,000 shares (the "Repair Shares”).

The Repair Shares have been registered in the Norwegian Central Securities Depository and are tradable on the Oslo Stock Exchange under the trading symbol "NMG".
