ngmoco Opens Sandbox Developer Environment to Build and Ready Games for Mobage Launch

Mobile social games leader ngmoco is inviting developers to get ready for the launch of Mobage by opening the Sandbox developer environment. The Sandbox allows developers using the ngCore mobile and social game development engine to test and develop features leveraging the robust Mobage platform, which already counts more than 100 games on board.

Many high profile developers covering the entire breadth of the mobile, casual, and social game development communities have already jumped on board with ngCore and Mobage. ngmoco will be rolling out a series of major game announcements in the coming weeks. To join the Mobage social entertainment network, developers can begin powering games with ngCore and building features in the Sandbox by downloading the free SDK at https://developer.mobage.com.

Mobage, the social entertainment network, even at early stage service rollout, will give developers access to a suite of features to enhance their mobile and social games, including a shared currency, a virtual goods bank system, plus a payment API, advertising management and analytic tools.

The ngCore game development engine is a Native level performance development SDK that allows quick Java Script-based development. Making games powered by ngCore allows developers to release games across devices and regions.

Sandbox is the first open toolset on top of ngCore that will allow developers to interact with the features that will be available at the service launch of Mobage.
