Netflix Q3 Streaming Revenue Up 36% YoY - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Netflix, Inc. (NFLX) reported that its third-quarter streaming revenue grew 36% year over year, as average paid membership increased 25% and ASP rose 8%. Excluding the impact of F/X, international ASP rose 11% year over year. The company noted that total net additions of 7.0 million, was higher than its forecast of 5.0 million, and represented a new third-quarter record.

For fourth-quarter, the company forecasts paid net additions of 7.6 million, and total net additions of 9.4 million, up 15% and 13% compared with 6.6 million and 8.3 million, last year.

Looking forward, the company said it is still targeting operating margin to be at the lower end of the 10%-11% range for the full year 2018.
