Under the terms of this Agreement, NCS will provide OEM manufacturing services for BlueCat's Proteus 5000, a new Dual-Core AMD Opteron(TM) processor-based OEM server appliance. NCS already manufactures BlueCat's award-winning line of Secure DNS and DHCP appliances, the Adonis 1000, Adonis 500 and Adonis 250.
