NaaS Announces Share Repurchase Of Up To $10 Mln; Stock Up In Pre-market

(RTTNews) - Chinese EV charging service company NaaS Technology Inc. (NAAS), a unit of Newlinks Technology Ltd., Friday announced that the Board has approved a plan to buy back up to $10 million of its American depositary shares or ADSs.

Shares of NaaS Tech are surging 80% in the pre-market trading on the Nasdaq.

Starting Friday, the repurchase program will be carried out over the next 12 months, ending in February 2026.

The Board will review the program regularly and may adjust its terms and size.

In the pre-market trading, NaaS is 80% higher at $2.52 on the Nasdaq.
