MediaCorp Deploys Envivio Solution For SEA Games 2015 Coverage

(RTTNews) - Envivio (ENVI), a provider of software-based video processing and delivery solutions, Thursday said Envivio Muse encoders have been deployed by MediaCorp for the Southeast Asian or SEA Games 2015 for its Toggle service delivering over-the-top TV to viewers in Singapore.

The SEA Games are held every two years and host participants from 11 countries. This year, the event will have coverage of 36 sports in 402 events, from aquatics to wushu martial arts.

Envivio Muse video compression software allows content providers to deliver traditional and live TV programs to consumers over IPTV broadcast networks, cable and satellite feeds. Providers use the software to deliver programming in standard or high definition, and to prepare their businesses for Ultra HD delivery.
