MAA Updates 2017 Guidance

(RTTNews) - Mid-America Apartment Communities, Inc. (MAA) announced, for 2017, FFO per share is expected to be in the range of $5.84 to $5.94, or $5.89 per share at the mid-point, as compared to a prior guidance range of $5.77 to $5.97 per share, or $5.87 per share at the mid-point. FFO per share for the fourth quarter is expected to be in the range of $1.40 to $1.50, or $1.45 per share at the midpoint.

For the quarter ended September 30, 2017, FFO was $176.2 million, or $1.50 per share compared to $117.3 million or $1.47 per share, for the quarter ended September 30, 2016.
