LTC Properties Reports 16% Gain In Q1 Earnings

(RTTNews) - LTC Properties (LTC) reported earnings for its first quarter that increased compared to the same period last year.

The company said its bottom line came in at $25.19 million, or $0.76 per share. This was higher than $21.73 million, or $0.65 per share, in last year's first quarter.

Analysts had expected the company to earn $0.75 per share, according figures compiled by Thomson Reuters. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

The company said revenue for the quarter rose 22.6% to $38.60 million. This was up from $31.48 million last year.
