LSC Communications Updates Full-year Guidance - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - LSC Communications, Inc. (LKSD) announced, for 2018, the company now expects non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA in a range of $270 to $290 million, down from previous guidance range of $310 to $340 million. Net sales are expected in a range of $3.80 to $3.85 billion, revised from previous guidance range of $3.75 to $3.85 billion.

Non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA in the third quarter of 2018 was $90 million, compared to $96 million, in the third quarter of 2017. The company said the decrease in non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA was primarily due to volume declines and product mix, increased labor costs and the negative impact on productivity related to workforce turnover, partially offset by acquisition synergies and cost control initiatives.

Third quarter net sales were $1.015 billion, up 8.5% from the third quarter of 2017. Organic net sales decreased 3.0%, for the quarter.
