Lindsay Corporation Q3 Income Drops 25%

(RTTNews) - Lindsay Corporation (LNN) released earnings for third quarter that declined compared to the same period last year.

The company said its profit declined to $9.64 million, or $0.90 per share. This was lower than $12.93 million, or $1.10 per share, in last year's third quarter.

Analysts had expected the company to earn $0.99 per share, according figures compiled by Thomson Reuters. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

The company said revenue for the quarter fell 12.1% to $141.32 million. This was down from $160.71 million last year.
