KONE to provide elevators for high-end residential towers in Liuzhou, China

 

KONE Corporation, one of the global leaders in the elevator and escalator industry, will equip three new high-end residential towers for the new Diwang International Fortune Center Building complex in Liuzhou, southern China. The development will be located at No. 10 Guangchang Road and will consist of three towers, one reaching 215 meters, with the other two standing both at 191 meters. The new towers are set to be completed at the end of 2016.

 

KONE will supply 38 elevators for the project, including two KONE MonoSpace® and 36 KONE MiniSpace(TM) elevators that will carry up to 3,000 residents to their apartments every day once the development stands ready. 

 

The developer, Guangxi Royal Plaza Investment Group, and KONE have worked together previously, with customer satisfaction in 2013 helping KONE win the tender for this order.

The order was booked in the fourth quarter of 2015.
