KONE acquires its Croatian distributor Lift Modus d.o.o.

KONE Corporation, a global leader in the elevator and escalator industry, has acquired its authorized distributors in Croatia (Lift Modus d.o.o.) and Bosnia (Lift Modus d.o.o. Sarajevo). A new equipment market leader in Croatia, the Zagreb-headquartered Lift Modus d.o.o. has been KONE's exclusive distributor since 1999. Lift Modus currently has around 1,600 elevators and escalators in service and the company employs around 60 people.
