KONE acquires German elevator company Klostermann Aufzüge GmbH

KONE Corporation, a global leader in the elevator and escalator industry, has acquired Klostermann Aufzüge, a German company providing elevator maintenance and modernization services. Klostermann Aufzüge is based in Herne, North Rhine-Westphalia, and was founded in 1977. The company currently has around 1,300 elevators in service and employs approximately 40 people.
