Kohl's Announces Exclusive License Agreement

Kohl’s Corporation (NYSE:KSS) and Fila Luxembourg S.a.r.l. today announced a multi-year licensing agreement naming Kohl’s as the exclusive U.S. retailer of the FILA SPORT® collection. The collection will feature women’s, men’s and children’s apparel, footwear and accessories and will be available in Kohl’s stores nationwide and on Kohls.com in fall 2008. The FILA SPORT collection will include apparel for women, men and children, accessories (including hats, wallets, bags, sunglasses, watches, belts, sports equipment, umbrellas) and footwear.
