KAR Auction Services, Inc. Q1 Income Rises 12%

(RTTNews) - KAR Auction Services, Inc. (KAR) released a profit for its first quarter that climbed from last year.

The company said its bottom line came in at $86.1 million, or $0.62 per share. This was up from $76.9 million, or $0.55 per share, in last year's first quarter.

The company said revenue for the quarter rose 14.3% to $866.6 million. This was up from $758.3 million last year.
