JM selling property in Örebro, Sweden
Regulatory News:
JM has signed an agreement to sell the school property in Mosjö, Örebro.
The property was purchased by Hemfosa Fastigheter AB and the underlying property value amounts to SEK 62m.
Occupancy and payment will take place in October 2016. Gains from the acquisition amount to SEK 37m and will be reported in Q3 2016 under the JM Residential Sweden business segment.
