InspireMD Finance Chief Craig Shore To Retire

(RTTNews) - InspireMD, Inc. (NSPR), a medical device company, said Thursday that after 15 years of service, Craig Shore, its Chief Financial Officer, has decided to retire from the Company.

Craig Shore is expected to remain in the role until a successor is appointed and would assist in a smooth and orderly transition. The Company has initiated a search to identify its next Chief Financial Officer.

Marvin Slosman, Chief Executive Officer, said, "As we advance our priorities, including potential U.S. FDA approval in the first half of 2025, along with a heightened focus on the investment community, Craig made this decision confident in the future of the company and understanding the needs of a growing global business."

Monday, NSPR had closed 0.03 cents or 0.96% higher at $3.17 on the Nasdaq.
