Insignia Systems Appoints Glen Dall As CEO

(RTTNews) - Insignia Systems, Inc. (ISIG) said Monday that it has appointed Glen Dall as President and Chief Executive Officer and also has elected him as a member of the Board of Directors, effective July 17.

Scott Drill, who previously served as the company's Chief Executive Officer, was appointed Senior Advisor effective July 17, and retired from the Board of Directors effective August 19.

Gordon Stofer, who had been the Chairman of the company's Board of Directors, retired from the Board effective August 19.

Additionally, Gary Vars was appointed to the Board of Directors effective August 20, and David Boehnen was appointed Chairman of the Board, the company said.
