IGT Creates Central Administrative Structure, Names Robert Vincent As Lead

(RTTNews) - International Game Technology plc (IGT) Tuesday announced the creation of a centralized Administrative Services organization to achieve greater efficiency.

The company said the new structure would ensure the proper delivery of goods and services and to help drive the operation of the business units. Further, it would capture the naturally-resulting improved synergies from centralization.

Robert Vincent will take on a new role as Executive Vice President for Administrative Services and External Relations Vincent will report to CEO Marco Sala. He will continue to lead the external affairs functions that include Global Corporate Communications, Media Relations, Branding, and Social Responsibility programs, as well as provide Investor Relations support.
