Herbalife Promotes Paul Noack to New Post of Executive Vice President & Chief Strategic Officer

Noack is a seasoned business executive with more than 20 yearsexperience in strategic and financial planning, as well as operatingexperience. His career is highlighted by more than a decade at TheWalt Disney Company and almost five years of investment bankingexperience. At Disney he worked in three different divisions. Noackled the restructuring of Disney's music division, developed high-valueconsumer strategies, helped launch the Disney Sports division, andassisted in the reorganization of Disney's European film andtelevision operations. Noack left Disney to become senior managingdirector of Knightsbridge Holdings, a San Francisco-based venturebanking company investing in mid-sized businesses in entertainment,e-commerce and emerging technology industries.

Prior to joining Herbalife, Noack was senior vice president andchief strategic officer of DMX MUSIC based in Los Angeles where hemanaged corporate strategic alliances (with Hughes, Sky, Toyo MediaLinks and Cisneros Group), restructured international operations andnegotiated joint ventures and partnership deals. In addition, he wasresponsible for international operations in Asia, Japan, Latin Americaand Canada.
