Harmonic Multiplies the Power of TV at IBC 2005

At IBC 2005 booth #1.361, Harmonic Inc. (Nasdaq:HLIT) --a leader in standards-based digital video and broadband transportsolutions for cable, telecom, satellite, terrestrial and wirelessoperators -- is introducing solutions that expand the number and typesof broadcast and on-demand services operators can offer, as well asenable them to provide an increased level of personalization andinteractivity. At the show, Harmonic will demonstrate new multi-codec andmulti-channel DiviCom(R) encoders that provide superiorpicture-quality at each supported resolution while maximizingcompression efficiencies to deliver more content within the availablebandwidth.
